Come visit the Technology Lab Volunteers. They can help you with your technology needs. If you have a smart phone, tablet, laptop or device and have questions, these helpful & savvy volunteers are available for technology support and instructions every Thursday from 10 am to Noon. Bring in your device and they can help for a fee of $5 per visit. Please call for more information or to schedule an appointment at 847-991-1112.

What is a D-SNP?
A Dual Special Needs Plan is a type of Medicare Advantage health plan for people with Medicare and Medicaid (without spenddown). It is new to Illinois as of 2026, replacing the Medicare Medicaid Alignment Initiative (MMAI). Eligible individuals can enroll at any time! Contact one of our SHIP Counselor for more info and assistance.
