Bring your completed book to Johnson County Fiscal Court (230 Court Street, 2nd floor - Suite 201) between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday - Thursday, or between 8:00am and 3:00pm on Friday, to receive your badge and have your certificate signed.

Judge McKenzie enjoyed a wonderful performance by “Miss Loretta Lynn” during the opening of Van Lear Days, presented through the Kentucky Humanities Kentucky Chautauqua program.

Van Lear Days continues today and tomorrow, with plenty of activities and fun for all ages. Visit the Van Lear Historical Society Coal Miners’ Museum page for the full schedule and additional information.
