ATTENTION: As the scheduled water main repair in Willoughby Hills is still underway, we want to proactively share the below information with customers.

Once the repair is complete and the water service is restored, our department will be flushing various fire hydrants to release any air trapped in the system.

While we are performing this task, we encourage residents to run their cold water for a short period of time. This will also help release trapped air in the system, and will also reduce any discoloration in water. Please perform this task before using other faucets or hot water in your homes.

Once again, we apologize again for the inconvenience.

**WILLOUGHBY HILLS CUSTOMERS**

9:55pm -Service is being restored. As the water is turned back on there will be wide spread flushing out of fire hydrants, to help alleviate the air in the system. Residents may still experience air in their water lines. It is encouraged to flush the cold water tap for a short time until it clears. We apologize again for the inconvenience.

A water main break on Pleasant Valley Road has caused a temporary disruption of service on the following streets:

PLEASANT VALLEY RD. IS CLOSED FROM RT6 TO DODD, PLEASE AVOID THE AREA.

LAKE COUNTY UTILITIES FLUSHING NOTICE:
• We will be conducting dead end fire hydrant flushing in North Perry Village, Perry Township and Perry Village.
o Flushing will begin on 6/1/26- 6/5/26.
o Signs will be posted in the areas that are to be flushed.

• We advise DO NOT do laundry on days that hydrants are flushed. Discolored water may occur, flush lines prior by opening the cold-water tap to flush discolored water.
