The instructors who are being promoted aren't the ones who know the most. They're the ones who can TEACH it.

You've got the knowledge. You've got the experience. You've put in the years.

But when the promotion board looks at two candidates โ€” one who can stand in front of a room and command it, and one who reads off slides โ€” it's not even close.

Nobody told you that becoming a great instructor was the fastest career move you could make. Until now.

The Ultimate Trainer Trilogyโ„ข โ€” three days with the man who literally wrote the playbook.

Antonio Zarzoza โ€” better known as "Instructor Z" โ€” isn't just another trainer teaching a class. He's an internationally recognized law enforcement educator with 20+ years on the job, a published author, a Below 100 Core Instructor, a Certified Force Science Specialist, and a Texas Master Peace Officer. He's been qualified as a Subject Matter Expert in state and federal courts, helped redesign Texas's statewide instructor curriculum for TCOLE, trained officers for the U.S. Department of State across Latin America, and is a staff instructor with ILEETA โ€” the largest law enforcement training association in the world.

When ILEETA members were polled on top trainers, his name came up. He's trained hundreds of local, state, and federal officers โ€” and even Fortune 500 corporate trainers. This is the guy agencies call when they need training done RIGHT.

And he's coming to Pacific, Missouri.

DAY 1 โ€” BUILD IT RIGHT. Create a curriculum from scratch using AI tools that most of your peers don't even know exist. While they're recycling old lesson plans, you'll be building programs from the ground up.

DAY 2 โ€” MAKE THEM LOOK. Design presentations that look like they belong on a screen at a national conference โ€” not a Tuesday afternoon roll call. This is the cinematic PowerPoint design Instructor Z is known for.

DAY 3 โ€” OWN THE ROOM. Presence. Timing. Authority. Learn the delivery skills that make leadership say, "We need that person in front of every class we run."

You'll walk in as an instructor. You'll walk out as the one they can't stop talking about.

๐Ÿ“… June 16โ€“18, 2026, ๐Ÿ•— 8 AM โ€“ 5 PM daily ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Hosted by City of Pacific Police Department

๐Ÿ“ Eureka Fire Department Training Center 18765 Historic Rte. 66, Pacific, MO 63069

That's right โ€” this training sits on the Mother Road herself. 2026 marks the 100th anniversary of Route 66, and there's no better place to start a new chapter in your career than on the road that changed America. Make the drive. Make it count.

Seats are limited and filling fast.
