This is a great job opportunity with the Nestucca, Neskowin and Sand Lake Watersheds Council. If you'd like to make a difference in your community, apply to the Monitoring and Outreach Coordinator opening, based in Pacific City!

The watershed council has partnered with Two Capes Lookout and Kind Traveler to participate in the "Every Stay Gives Back" program. Through this program, a portion of every guest's stay at participating hotels directly funds local nonprofits. We're so grateful to be part of this program and work in such a giving community!

On May 18th from 9am-12pm, Tillamook Estuaries Partnership (TEP) and Nestucca, Neskowin & Sand Lakes Watershed Council are partnering with Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD) to remove the abundant scotch broom that has taken up at Clay Myers Natural Area. A ranger from OPRD will support volunteers in learning how to effectively cut back the plant, mitigating the chance for reproduction.
