Today, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families forever changed, and the countless first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans who showed extraordinary courage and compassion in the days that followed.

We remember the innocent lives taken.
We honor the heroes who ran toward danger.
We stand with the families who still carry that loss.
And we remind ourselves that history must never be forgotten.

MANDATORY WATER CONSERVATION NOTICE

Effective Immediately

The City of Ozark is implementing MANDATORY WATER CONSERVATION until further notice.

We are asking all residents and businesses to limit all non-essential water use at this time.

Please avoid:
• Watering lawns and gardens
• Washing vehicles
• Filling swimming pools
• Any other unnecessary water usage

If anyone is caught doing so, we have the right to lock your meter.

Splash PAD will be closed at this time!

Your cooperation is extremely important and will help reduce demand on our water system.

Please conserve water until further notice.

Thank you for your immediate cooperation and understanding.

Join us for an important meeting to learn more about the WATER TAX on the ballet in November. This meeting will provide information regarding the proposed water tax, how it will impact our community, and how the funds will be used to support our water system. Reminder: The City of Ozark will pick up limbs placed at the curbside if they were cut by the property owner and not by a tree service.

The smaller you can cut the limbs, the easier and safer it is for our crews to handle them.

To request pickup, please call City Hall by 3:00 p.m. Wednesday.

We have some damage around town, including downed trees. Our crews are out working to clear debris and address affected areas as quickly and safely as possible.

Please be patient and use caution around work areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as our crews work throughout the community.
