The Henry Levy House, Oxnard, CA The Henry Levy house was designed by architect Homer Glidden in 1914. Oxnard National Register Historic District.

The house is estimated to be one of the largest (if not the largest) historic residences in Oxnard and sits in the Henry T. The new owners of the house as of June 2021 are Eric Andrist and Jeff Rizzo. They have worked for decades in musical theater production, and are the former artistic directors of the Valley Villagers Choir in the San Fernando Valley. They continue to make virtual choir videos for the Valley Villagers Virtual choir which can be seen at www.vvchoir.org/virtualvideos
