Thank you Paul!

Today, the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office and Sheriff Joey East recognize the retirement of E-911 Director Paul Lytle after years of dedicated service to our community.

Paul joined LCSO in 2012 under former Sheriff Buddy East as a dispatcher and quickly proved to be a steady, dependable presence in our communications center. Under the leadership of Sheriff Joey East, Paul was promoted to E-911 Director, where he continued to serve with professionalism, humility, and unwavering commitment.

For countless residents of Lafayette County, Paul has been the calm voice on the other end of the line during some of their most difficult moments. Behind the scenes, he has worked tirelessly to ensure that law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel were dispatched quickly and efficiently whenever help was needed.

Paul’s quiet leadership and dedication have made a lasting impact on this office and the entire county. While he will be greatly missed, we are grateful for his years of service and wish him all the best in his well-earned retirement.

Please join us in congratulating Taylor McNece as she steps into the role of E-911 Director. We are confident she will continue the tradition of excellence in serving the citizens of Lafayette County.

Thank you, Paul, for your service.
