For all our outdoor enthusiasts, including hikers and mountain bikers, please remember to be mindful of trail conditions. It's important to practice responsible recreation to minimize your impact.

Here are a few tips for recreating responsibly on muddy trails:

If you leave a track, turn back. If your boots or tires are leaving imprints, the trail is too wet.

Walk or ride through the middle of puddles, not around them. Going around widens the trail and damages vegetation.

Stay on the trail. Avoid creating shortcuts or new paths, as this can lead to erosion and harm the surrounding ecosystem.

Respect trail closures. Closures are in place to protect the trails and for your safety.

By working together, we can ensure our trails remain beautiful and enjoyable for years to come. We'll let you know as soon as the dirt bike trails are ready to reopen. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

Attention all dirt bike riders: due to the recent wet weather, flooding and muddy conditions, our dirt bike trails are temporarily closed. This closure is to prevent damage to the trails and ensure they remain in great shape for everyone to enjoy once they dry out.

Riding on muddy trails can cause deep ruts and erosion, which can be difficult and costly to repair. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us protect our trail system!
