My love for baking started at a young age learning from my mother and grandmother. Using organic products, backyard eggs and the finest ingredients.

Homemade sourdough breads, baked goods and personalized sugar cookies are what i have to offer 🥰 I've just recently become a full-time stay-at-home mom, leaving the hospital I worked at for 14 years to pursue my lifelong dream of one day owning my own bakery. The name Blue Eyes for the bakery originated from my family; we all have baby blue eyes ;) My husband gave me the push to be home more and grow my business, leaving the corporate world behind. I have 2 young boys, homeschool, own 18 chickens, and run an in-home micro-bakery. My schedule works around my kids very busy school and athletic activities. I've always loved baking for my family and other people. After having kids, I wanted them to have foods that are better for their bodies, hence why I strive to use organic, natural, non-GMO products and foods that I can either grow myself or make for them. Knowing what's in your food is very important to me. I want to provide an option for those who want a more wholesome change to the nonhealthy foods that plaque our society. I strive to use Organic, natural, non-GMO products and want to share my passion for these healthier options for people and their families to enjoy.

This weeks menu is a full on COOKIE 🍪 overload!!!! We will be open Thursday 8-6 pm, this may be the LAST day of the Bake Stand due to the weather. With the weather shifting it sometimes creates some condensation in the goodie bags and we want the freshest product for you. But don’t worry that doesn’t mean that I won’t be creating some amazing goodies.

- This means that I will post a menu weekly and will take pre-orders (either by PM or online Jotform) by Monday night for a Thursday porch pick up.

- Pre-order for Pies ($20) and Sourdough or regular Rolls ($10) for Thanksgiving will be open through the 18th of November. Pick up Tuesday November 24th/25th 12-6pm.

- Christmas is right around the corner, don’t wait too long to Place your pre-orders for cookie platters. New prices are listed in pictures.

Other adventures this week!!! Sugar cookie orders are always on the menu. Must have at least a weeks notice, 2-3 weeks for holidays or large orders (greater than a dZ)

- $30 a dozen for your standard 3in cookie with basic design. More colors/layers, custom designs and wrapped cookies are extra $
Also cupcakes $24 a dozen chocolate, vanilla or custom flavor with whipped buttercream are also pre-order

Next weeks menu is a Cookie bonanza!!!! All your favorites to grab and go. Pre-order by Monday night or try your luck at the Bake Stand. Only a few weeks left of the bake stand being open for the season. You can always pre-order the week before and pick it up at the front door once the season is done. And with thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner make sure you check out the pre-order cookie and pie orders coming soon.
- Herbed Foccacia is great by its self, pair with your favorite pasta or slice it in half and make a great sandwich from it!

Chickens are gearing down with there egg laying for the season so this is the last week of egg sales.

Visiting apple orchards this time of year is a must do with the family (at least that’s what I keep telling the boys 😉). I know you could just pick up a bag of apples, but I love the hay rides with the boys ( I’ll get in as many as I can before they are to old to want to join me)and walking the orchard picking my own apples.First haul this year resulted in 4 quarts of chunky applesauce and many jars of apple butter.

Apple butter will be in the bake stand this week Thursday 8-6 pm 512 creekside ct. Oxford.

Sugar cookie orders are closed for the Halloween season. You’ll still be able to grab last minute cookies/gifts or boo box’s (add to your boo bag!) at the stand this week and next.

Your local hometown baker here! Leaves are falling, apple picking and pumpkin patches are all around. This week the bake stand will be featuring stuffed cookies: Dubai chocolate chip and Peanut Butter melts.

Along with mini apple pies and soup bowls perfect for cold weather soups!!!!

Try your luck at the stand Thursday 8-6pm 512 creekside ct. oxford or place your order by Monday night for Thursday pick up.
