Be cautious of fertilizer use as it can cause algae blooms in the wake of its run-off. Carbuncle Pond would thank you!

Too much fertilizer doesn’t stay on your lawn — it can wash into storm drains, rivers, and streams during rainstorms. Excess nutrients in waterways can lead to algae blooms and poor water quality.

Use fertilizer responsibly by applying only what you need and following label instructions carefully.

The Memorial Day parade will step off at 10:30 AM from the Oxford Middle School and end at the American Legion. Please remember and honor all of those that have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces.
