Our OECC Rocking Horse Champion this week is Lori Helsel! Lori truly carries one of the brightest spirits here at OECC. Her bubbly energy and enthusiasm makes learning exciting and fun for the children everyday. She brings a balance of joy, guidance, and care to the workplace that we all look forward to.
