Blessed to have attended the Black and White Gala in support of the Alma Randolph Charitable Foundation. Since its inception, the foundation has clothed over 18,000 children and has provided improved living arrangements through housing for 104 families in the past ten years alone.

I truly believe in the foundation’s mission. Amazing things happen when our community opens its collective heart to help the less fortunate!

A heartfelt thank you to the foundation, its board, all those who made the banquet a huge success, and the generous attendees who helped raise over $60,000. These contributions which will continue to benefit the lives of so many deserving children and families in need. 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏

Owensboro Middle School has been designated a Special Olympics Kentucky Unified Champion School, expanding opportunities for students with and without intellectual disabilities to participate, lead, and compete together.

Having been raised by a single mother, the level of respect I have for women is unquestioned. With that being said, I was honored to attend the 106th Anniversary of Women’s Right to Vote last night. Thanks to those participating, our elected female officials, and the AAUW for hosting such a great event.

I’ve said it before and will say it again, I’m a huge fan of Girls Inc. of Owensboro Daviess Co. In the summer of 92, I was part of this amazing program and privileged to work with some pretty incredible kids. All these years later, I’m still inspired by their mission statement of growing young ladies into Stong, Smart, & Bold adults. I try to share that message with the juvenile females who find themselves in my courtroom as well as my own daughter! So glad I was able to support the program tonight at the Red on the River fundraiser! Keep doing amazing things Girls Inc.

It was a hot one, but Cameron and I had a great time at the Owensboro Multicultural Festival! Great turnout with fantastic entertainment, food and fellowship!!
