Coburn Free Library Welcome to the Coburn Free Library, a beautiful, historic library in the heart of Owego, NY. The new annex including an elevator and ADA restroom is open.

The at-grade entrance is conveniently accessible from the parking lot at the rear of the building. There is now a book return at each entrance. We also have new sitting areas, study carrels, and elevator access to all floors.
