Legion members, Sons, and Auxiliary members are requested to volunteer for a community event on Sunday, June 14th at 9:00 a.m. The Legion Riders, working with Home Depot, are set to install new ceiling tiles and require assistance with the removal of the old ones. Participants should wear suitable clothing to protect against dust and dirt. We are grateful for our loyal volunteers and hope others will join us in supporting this event. Our objective is to maintain a facility that reflects the dignity and respect owed to our Veterans and their families. Thank you.

D-Day: Remembering Courage Beyond Measure πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

On June 6, 1944, Allied forces came ashore on the beaches of Normandy in one of the most consequential military operations in history.

They faced unimaginable danger with extraordinary courage. Many gave their lives. Many more carried the weight of that day for the rest of theirs.

Today, we remember the true heroes of D-Day β€” the Service Members whose bravery helped turn the tide of World War II and defend the freedoms we continue to cherish.

Their sacrifice must never fade from memory.

We honor them today, and always. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡ΈπŸ™
