Owatonna Public Library Children's Services This is the official page of Owatonna Public Library Children's Services. Owatonna Public Library hours are 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

on Mondays & Thursdays, 9:00a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, and 9:00 a.m. – 12 noon on Saturdays. Children ages 11 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
