Steele County Transitional Housing Steele County Transitional Housing Our goal is to create self-sufficiency by the end of participation in our program.

SCTH serves people who become homeless by helping them to locate affordable housing and by providing financial, counseling, and case management assistance for up to 24 months. We also provide eviction prevention on a case-by-case basis via one-time cash grants to those in danger of becoming homeless due to eviction from their current rental housing.
