🍂 The Fall Park Passport begins today! 🍁

Pick up your passport at 500 Dunnell Drive any weekday between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. or scan the QR code on the signs at the park and virtually submit your answers!

Visit the parks and trails listed on the passport and find the hidden words. Parks will have a small sign mounted to a post along the trail. The signs are approximately 2'-5' from the ground. Each sign will contain part of a phrase. Visit all 10 parks to unlock the entire phrase. Each sign you find will be one entry to win a prize! Prizes will include things like camping and hiking equipment, fishing packages, coolers, and more!

This is a free program designed to help you explore local parks and trails, enjoy the fall colors, and spend time outside with friends and family!

If you've been waiting for the perfect time to enjoy the warm water at the West Hills Pool, this is your chance to start the weekend with fun and fitness rolled into one. Join us for painting and sipping on October 12 with The Upper East Side Southern MN from 6 - 8 p.m. at Mineral Springs Brewery. A talented local artist will guide you step by step to create a great painting while you relax with friends and family.

Annual trail maintenance will close the following trails starting September 10, 2026, weather permitting. Please use alternate routes while repairs are done, and coating cures.
* Buxton from Elm to Mineral Springs Road
* Rose Street East from Partridge Avenue to Countryview Avenue
* 18th Street Trail from Kaplan's Woods to Linn Avenue
* Cherry Street from Dartt's Park to Brooktree Golf Course
* 24th Avenue NW from Hoffman Drive to 26th Street
*Trail alongside Sid Kinyon courts at Lincoln School
* Manthey Park from main parking lot to Manthey South parking lot
