We still have a few Kansas State Fair booth shifts that need coverage, and some of them currently have no one signed up at all.

The Meadowlark Building is open 9 AM–9 PM, and we need at least one person at the booth at all times. Two is even better so everyone can take a break, grab food, or walk around a bit.

Our regular shifts are 9–3 and 3–9, but those times are flexible. If you can help from 12–5, 10–2, 4–8, or another block of time, that absolutely helps — just add your plans to the signup sheet.

Tickets into the fairgrounds are available for those that help.

Right now, these shifts are completely open:

Friday, Sept. 11 — 3–9 PM
Sunday, Sept. 13 — 3–9 PM
Tuesday, Sept. 15 — 3–9 PM
Thursday, Sept. 17 — 9 AM–3 PM
Sunday, Sept. 20 — 9 AM–3 PM

I (Rob) may be able to pick up some additional booth time myself, but as a candidate I also have events and other commitments starting to pop up during the Fair. I need to keep enough flexibility to attend those when needed.

REMINDER - IN THREE WEEKS
We need help staffing the booth!!

The Libertarian Party of Kansas will have a booth at the Kansas State Fair, September 11–20, 2026, and we need volunteers to help staff it.

This is one of our best opportunities each year to meet voters from across Kansas, answer questions, share information, recruit new Libertarians, and show that we are building something stronger statewide.

The booth will be staffed from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on the full fair days, with two main shifts:

9:00 AM–3:00 PM
3:00 PM–9:00 PM

On September 11 and September 20, hours will be shorter for setup and tear-down.

You do not have to commit to a full six-hour shift. Even a couple of hours helps and gives the person working with you a real break, so shorter volunteer times are welcome.

LPKS will provide your ticket into the fairgrounds.
Our booth is inside the Meadowlark Building, so you will be indoors, air conditioned, and out of the Kansas heat.
