Minds Matter, LLC, provides functional therapies, life coaching, transitional living services and employment services to individuals who have experienced a life-changing injury or event. All therapies are home- and community-based and provided by trained and licensed therapists. Committed to the belief that that every person has a place in the community and the right to lead a fulfilling and rewarding life, Minds Matter strives to optimize independent living opportunities for all people, regardless of their abilities. We are an innovative agency dedicated to bringing functional rehabilitation therapy to people where they live, work and play. We are regionalized across half of Kansas and growing. We offer a team approach to PT, OT, speech therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapy.

Arianne has been a physical therapist for 23 years! She joined Minds Matter in 2025 as a PT and later stepped up to serve as the Regional Director of Missouri during a transitional period, all while continuing to balance her responsibilities as a therapist. She is an incredible team player, and we truly appreciate her flexibility, dedication, and willingness to step in wherever she is needed.

Arianne is warm and welcoming, making everyone feel comfortable from the moment they meet her. She builds meaningful connections with both her team members and consumers and truly embodies our core values of providing person-centered care and ensuring the needs of our consumers are met.

“I don’t give up.”

For the past 6 years, these words have defined Kyle’s journey.

Following a brain injury and vision loss, he was faced with a new reality and countless challenges. Yet time and time again, he chose determination over defeat.

Today, we are thrilled to celebrate his graduation from speech therapy. Through hard work, persistence, and an unwavering commitment to his goals, he has learned the skills and strategies needed to navigate life confidently and independently.

He’s exploring job opportunities, planning for his future, and proving that setbacks do not define a person. The strength, resilience, and positivity he has shown throughout this journey have inspired everyone privileged to work alongside him.

Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement. We are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and excited for everything that lies ahead!
