Putnam County Honor Guard

Putnam County Honor Guard We assist their families during their time of mourning from the loss of of their loved one.

We honor and represent our fellow brothers and sisters who work in Law Enforcement, Fire, and EMS and those who have passed from this life in to a greater place. We have represented our Agencies, and Putnam County's Public Safety at local parades, flag presentations, and any other requested events, that honor Putnam County's Safety Services. We have honored our fallen comrades at their funerals, a

t the request of their families. Members of the Putnam County Honor Guard do this on a volunteer basis. If you would like the Putnam Honor Guard to do Grave Side Services for a family member that was or is a member of one of the Putnam County Fire Departments, a Member of Putnam County Emergency Medical Services, or is a memeber of any Law Enforcement branch please let your funeral director know. We have been in local parades such as, Ottawa Memorial Day Parade, Kalida Poineer Parade, and others. Thank you for your support of your Local Law Enforcemnt, Fire Departents, and Putnam County Emergency Medical Services.

The Miller City VFD lost a big part of our family yesterday. Jeremy Warnimont was an active member for 20 years and also served as Chief to lead and serve our department in this great community. #44 will surely be missed but never forgotten!!! Rest easy brother, we got it from here!! We ask that everyone please keep the Warnimont and Riepenhoff families in your thoughts and prayers!

Our thoughts and prayers are with our Brothers and Sisters of the State of Ohio State Highway Patrol and Sergent Ulinski's family.

The Patrol regrets to announce the line of duty death of Sergeant Jared M. Ulinski, Findlay District, after he was found deceased at the Findlay Post while on duty. Sergeant Ulinski joined the Patrol in June 1999 as a member of the 134th Academy class.

Toledo Police Officer Brandon Stalker suffered life-ending injuries after he was shot during a standoff in central Toledo on Monday afternoon. The gang task force was trying to apprehend the suspect in this morning's Rosary Cathedral arson on Fulton Street and a standoff ensued. The suspect came out of the house with two fi****ms and Officer Stalker, 24, was struck and has since died. He leaves behind a fiance and a young child. Police did not give any information on status or condition of the suspect during the Monday evening update.
