LaSalle County Soil and Water Conservation District

LaSalle County Soil and Water Conservation District Putting conservation practices on the land is a top priority for the LaSalle County Soil & Water Conservation District.

Conservation practices such as cover crops, filter strips, and grass waterways are all practices used to help reduce soil loss and decrease erosion on cropland. Through the Conservation Practices Program (CPP) local landowners have the opportunity to put these practices on the land at a fraction of the cost.
