As the 2026 president of the IACCR Association I had the honor of putting on IACCR’s fall Conference in Springfield this past week. We started with the an America 250 session and then the President’s reception at the LRS Hangar on Wednesday evening. Thursday was filled with educational sessions for clerks and recorders. Friday wrapped it up with a session on AI and a presentation on Human trafficking. THANK YOU to everyone that helped organize, work at the event, and presented sessions, to make the conference a fun and educational event for all of Illinois County Clerks and Recorders. Also, we couldn’t put these conferences on without our sponsors and vendors, THANK YOU, to all our sponsors and vendors.
We also awarded the Clerk/Recorder of the year - Congratulations Sandy Leitheiser, Montgomery County Clerk and Recorder.
