Do you need a winter coat or a new pair of shoes for your child? Operation Warm will he held on November 14th for families who qualify. Please contact an agency listed on the flyer or the ESC for more information or to receive a voucher. This program will be first come, first serve and there is no guarantee on available sizes.

The COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday, January 20th will be held at the Ottawa K of C Hall. This clinic is for THOSE WITH APPOINTMENTS ONLY. Please do not go to the health department for your appointment. By doing so, you may miss your appointment at the Ottawa K of C and your vaccine may be delayed.
YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT to receive the vaccine at the COVID-19 clinic. WALK-INS will NOT BE TAKEN. Please do not come to the Ottawa K of C unless you have an appointment or helping someone who does have an appointment. Thank you.

What does the Putnam County Family & Children First Council do?
Program #1: WrapAround
WrapAround is a research based process which coordinates services for families and children who have multiple needs. WrapAround is a strength based, family driven, planning process to address the family’s unmet needs and to help them meet their goals.
In 2019, PCFCFC supported 150 children and adults in our Wraparound program from all over Putnam County.
