In 2012, Veterans Matter was born out of a simple but powerful mission: to help our unhoused Veterans and their families in Toledo, Ohio. Since then, with your incredible support, we’ve had the privilege of housing over 12,000 Heroes and family members across the nation—and even a few furry friends along the way. Your compassion has meant everything to our Veterans, and we can never thank you enough for the difference you’ve made. On behalf of our Veterans and their loved ones, thank you for standing with us in the fight to end Veteran homelessness.

Our Veterans make unimaginable sacrifices every day. They give their lives, their limbs, and their futures to protect our freedoms. Yet, so many return home to face a harsh reality—without a place to call their own. As Veterans Matter closes one chapter, another courageous organization, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, is ready to carry on this vital mission.
