📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE: OSSIAN PAVILION & EVENT CENTER RENTALS

The Town of Ossian has recently updated our Pavilion and Event Center rental application, website information, and reservation policies to help improve the booking process and prevent scheduling conflicts.

Please review the following changes before submitting a rental request:
✅ Reservations are processed on a FIRST PAID, FIRST RESERVED basis.
✅ Submitting an application does NOT guarantee a reservation.
✅ Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received, processed, and approved by Town Hall
✅ Applicants are responsible for contacting Town Hall to verify availability and confirm their reservation.
✅ If a payment is declined or does not clear, the reservation will be considered void and the date may become available to another applicant.
✅ All renters are responsible for cleaning the facility after use and returning it to the same condition in which it was received. This includes removing trash, decorations, food, and personal belongings.

These updates are intended to create a more efficient reservation process and ensure fair access to our facilities for all residents and visitors.

🚨REMINDER BIG TRASH PICK UP- JUNE 8TH🚨

The Town of Ossian and Republic Services are partnering for a curbside CLEAN UP DAY beginning at 6 am on MONDAY, JUNE 8TH. This service is for town residents and is at no additional charge.

✔️All items for pickup MUST be curbside by no later than 6 am on Monday June 8th.
✔️They will make ONE PASS THRU EACH NEIGHBORHOOD.
✔️They will not be making multiple passes down your street.
✔️Pick up will continue until each neighborhood has been collected.
✔️In the event all neighborhoods are not collected on Monday, the trucks will return on Tuesday to finish those neighborhoods.
