The Osseo-Fairchild Technical Education Center offers Introduction to Technology, a high school credit-bearing course that provides students with hands-on experiences in Automotive Care, Computer-Aided Design & Manufacturing (CAD/CAM), Woodworking, Welding, and Machining.

This course gives incoming freshmen and sophomores the opportunity to explore a variety of technical careers while developing valuable skills through real-world projects. An added benefit is that students can complete prerequisite requirements early, allowing them to enroll in more advanced technical education courses sooner in their high school careers.

Exciting to see future technicians and engineers in action! Hands-on learning today is building the workforce of tomorrow.

What a wheel-y great night! 🚲☀️

Our Bike Rodeo brought together young riders for an evening of fun, learning, and adventure. Participants practiced safe riding skills, tested their balance on obstacle courses, and learned important rules of the road—all while having a great time!

A big thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped make the event a success. And of course, congratulations to all of our prize and bike giveaway winners! 🎉

Our elementary summer school students are hard at work learning, exploring, and having fun this summer—and we're looking for your help!

We are seeking donations of snacks to help keep our students fueled and focused throughout their summer school sessions. Items such as granola bars, crackers, fruit snacks, popcorn, pretzels, and other kid-friendly snacks are greatly appreciated.

Thank you to the Garber Bandshell for inviting Yes We Can to last night's Music in the Park event!

Mrs. Whelan and recent Yes We Can graduate, Payton Dahl, shared information about our program and Payton's exciting future plans with Project SEARCH. Lotus and Max also demonstrated proper tool usage and the assembly of parts, giving attendees a glimpse into the valuable skills students develop through the program.

The bright lights of Broadway, world-class art, and unforgettable memories! ✨🎭

Students on our NYC Broadway & Arts Trip experienced the best of New York City through theater, music, art, and culture. From seeing Broadway productions and meeting theater professionals to exploring iconic landmarks, it was a week filled with inspiration, creativity, and fun. Please register your child for tackle football as soon as possible, as we need an accurate count of Osseo-Fairchild athletes interested in playing this fall. Attached is the flyer that was sent home with all of the students previously.

Our goal is to have enough players to field a dedicated O-F team. If our numbers are not quite high enough, we will look to add players from surrounding communities rather than combine with another school, if possible. This would help provide more playing time and opportunities for our athletes.

Please note that the QR code on the left side of the flyer is only an interest survey for tackle and flag. To officially sign up for tackle football, you must use the QR code on the right side of the flyer and complete the registration process. The deadline is June 30th but we would love to have you do that as soon as possible.

Also, please register only for tackle football using this link. Information for the separate flag football league was sent out previously by Mr. Frase. If you have any questions, please reach out to Justin Wathke, Mr. Frase, or Mr. Zawacki.

OFSD students Brooks Koxlien and Drew Hanson are partnering with the American Red Cross to host a Critical Need Summer Blood Drive on Friday, July 24, from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at City Hall.

As part of the Leaders Save Lives program and a National Honor Society service project, this event highlights the power of student leadership and community service.

As a special thank-you, the American Red Cross and Kwik Trip are teaming up this July to reward donors with a free pint of Nature’s Touch® Milk for every pint of blood donated!
