đźš— When is it time to have the conversation about driving?

Talking about changes in driving can be difficult, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Join us at Fox Valley Memory Project on Thursday, October 29 at 12:30 pm for Navigating the Driving Conversation.

We’ll talk through how changes in the brain may impact driving, how to prepare for these often-difficult conversations, options for comprehensive driving assessments, and possible next steps.

We hope you’ll join us! 💙

During hurricane season, scammers often try to take advantage of survivors as they begin recovery. Learn how to recognize the signs of a scam:

- A real FEMA inspector will always show their official credentials.
- They will never ask for your nine-digit registration number, bank account information, or credit card information.
- FEMA never charges fees for inspections. Don't trust those who ask for money or make promises about getting an application approved.

Don’t let suspicious activity slide. Stop. Verify. Report it.

QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer—three simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from su***de.

Question: Ask the person directly about su***de.
Persuade: Listen without judgment and persuade them to get help.
Refer: Connect them with a professional, a crisis line, or a trusted support system.

Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency intervention that can empower our community to recognize the warning signs of a crisis. So join us on October 8th to help learn how to save a life!
