𝐒𝐨, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮?
Well, if you're in a sensitive group (people with heart or lung disease, older adults, children and teenagers, pregnant women and outdoor workers) you should make outdoor activities shorter and less intense. It’s OK to be active outdoors, but take more breaks. Watch for symptoms such as coughing or shortness of breath.

If you're not in a sensitive group, it's a good idea to just be aware of the air quality where you are so you can make healthy choices.
