AquaHawk is a free service for City of Oshkosh water utility customers that allows you to monitor your water usage, set and receive alerts, and has a built-in set of tools to help control monthly water bills. You can also enroll in AutoPay through InvoiceCloud to make sure your utility payment is made on time each month.

Prefer digital records? Sign up for paperless billing to receive utility bills by email and keep them conveniently accessible on your phone.

Let's celebrate clean water! September 19-27, 2026 is Wisconsin Stormwater Week. This is a great opportunity to think about what we can do at home and at work to reduce pollution runoff and help keep our lakes and rivers clean.

Remember, if oil, leaves, and debris are on the street, chances are high they will end up in the storm drain.

The public is invited to learn more about the importance of stormwater awareness by attending three upcoming webinars led by experts in the stormwater management field.

A more convenient permitting experience is coming! OpenGov is an online platform designed to streamline the application and permitting process. With OpenGov, residents can submit applications, monitor their status, make payments, and receive permits or licenses—all from a phone, tablet, or computer.

Building and zoning permit applications are moving to OpenGov on October 1, 2026. With this improvement, paper applications will no longer be accepted for these permits; additionally, payments will no longer be taken on the second floor.
