The Osceola Fire Department was honored to participate in the 2026 Osceola Spring Cleanup on April 25th. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making our community cleaner and stronger!

ATTENTION ALL OSCEOLA RESIDENTS:
The Mississippi County Judge has issued a burn ban for all of Mississippi County until further notice.
All outdoor burning, including fire pits and debris burning, is prohibited at this time due to increased fire risk.
Please help keep our community safe by following this order.

The Osceola Fire Department gathered for our 2025 Annual Christmas party to reflect on another year of service and recognize the dedication of our members. We appreciate everyone who attended and supports the OFD family.

This year also marked the retirement of Engine 7, which will be donated to a neighboring department. Engine 7 was the last fire engine purchased under Chief Hendrix’s tenure, and was dedicated to him in 2005. The original plaque was removed and preserved as a memorial, presented to Capt. Fred Hendrix III in honor of Chief Hendrix’s legacy and four generations of the Hendrix family’s service to the Osceola Fire Department.
