Welcome to the page of the Osceola Parks & Recreation Department.This page is intended to fill a void in our communication with the public regarding facilities and programs.Please watch this page for announcements and information. The Parks & Recreation Department is a division of the City of Osceola, Iowa responsible for the maintenance and beautification of City owned parks along with various, but not all, City owned property and buildings. Additionally, the Department operates the Municipal Golf Course and Maple Hill Cemetery.
