The Parks & Recreation Department is a division of the City of Osceola, Iowa responsible for the maintenance and beautification of City owned parks along with v

arious, but not all, City owned property and buildings. Additionally, the Department operates the Municipal Golf Course and Maple Hill Cemetery.
