The railroad crossing normally used by Hybar Steel is closed for the remainder of today. To keep operations moving, all traffic will need to use the alternative route via East Keiser and then South Chestnut.
We understand this detour runs through a residential area, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for local residents. Thank you for your patience and cooperation while we work around today’s closure.

Effective immediately, Mississippi County is under a countywide burn ban due to extremely dry conditions and the high risk of wildfires.
All outdoor burning is prohibited until further notice.
Please take this ban seriously. A single spark can quickly spread and endanger lives, homes, property, and responding firefighters.
If you see an uncontrolled fire, call 911 immediately.

OPAR is registering for our Osceola Youth Tackle Football Teams. All kids must attend Osceola Public Schools to participate due to NEA YFL rules. Coaches are asking interested kids to meet at the Osceola High School Football Field to register and for practice.
