Now Hiring: Equipment Operator / CDL Driver (Playground Construction)
We are a growing playground construction company looking for a dependable Equipment Operator. A CDL is preferred, but the right hardworking person matters most.
This is a hands-on position. The right candidate must be willing to operate equipment and jump out of the machine to help with manual labor when needed. We build commercial playgrounds and outdoor recreation spaces, so every day is different. We work a lot of hours. If you’re looking for a 9-5, this isnt the place for you. Responsibilities:
• Operate equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and loaders
• Haul materials and equipment (CDL preferred)
• Assist with playground installation and site work
• Perform general construction and manual labor tasks
• Work as part of a small, hardworking crew
Qualifications:
• Experience operating construction equipment preferred but not requred
• CDL license is a plus
• Willingness to perform physical labor outside the machine
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Construction or outdoor work experience helpful
