🇺🇸 HEART OF THE LAKE FREEDOM FEST UPDATE 🇺🇸

Unfortunately, the Freedom Fest Parade has been canceled. However, the main event will continue as planned beginning at 3:00 PM at Osage Beach City Park on Saturday, July 4th!

Bring your family and friends and enjoy an afternoon and evening packed with fun, including:

🎵 Live DJ Entertainment
📻 Live Broadcast from 93.5
🌭 Hot Dog Eating Contest
💦 Dunk Tank
🍔 Food Trucks
🛍️ Vendor Booths
🎈 Kids Zone featuring bounce houses, craft tables, and other family-friendly activities

The celebration will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display at 9:00 PM, which can be enjoyed from the City Park baseball field complex. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and the whole family for an unforgettable Independence Day

The wait is over — the new playground at Peanick Park is now open for families to enjoy!

While we are still putting the finishing touches on the project, we wanted to make the playground available for the community as soon as possible. We invite everyone to come out, play, and explore this exciting new addition to our park system!

🚧 Please Note: An ADA-accessible sidewalk is scheduled to be poured soon. Until that work is completed, portions of the site leading to the playground will remain fenced off. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important accessibility improvement.

We will be announcing a date for the official ribbon-cutting ceremony in the near future and look forward to celebrating this project with the community.
