Our City Clerk is retiring!

The City is taking application for the following position.

Part-time for City Hall- accounting/Quickbooks experience is a plus. 30 hours weekly.

Pay will depend on experience.

You must live in the Orrick school district for at least a year to apply.

You can apply at City Hall, resumes accepted -no phone calls please!

Monday -Friday 8-4:30. Closed for lunch.

There is a meeting about the battery station from Mission Energy, they are wanting to put on Z Hwy, just outside of city limits. We encourage everyone to join the meeting, so everybody is getting the same information.
August 25th from 6:30-8:30 at the Community Center.

Please beware of a scam going around.
The caller states you missed jury duty and have a warrant and they will arrest you if you don’t pay them.
Please know the Sheriff’s office nor the Orrick police department will call you about a warrant.
DO NOT give credit card or banking information to ANYONE!
Law enforcement of any kind will not call you about a warrant, ticket etc..

Pet Clinic at the City’s Big Park from 6-8pm.
Operation Spay and Neuter will join us at the park…to chip your pet for $20 if you would like.

The City of Orrick would like to thank the Orrick 4-H for planting the beautiful flowers along S Front St. They will be watering and maintaining them throughout the summer.
They have done a wonderful job!
