🎉 Hooray for the 2026 Ross-Harmon Educator of the Year Stars!

Every year, we tip our hats to the amazing classified and certificated wizards from Oroville Union High, Oroville City Elementary, Palermo Union Elementary, Thermalito Union School Districts, plus the Stream and Hearthstone charter schools. Check out the attached image for the full lineup of our 2026 superstars!

These heroes are toasted with a dinner on the last Monday of April each year.
