Oroville Republican Women Federated Women's organization to promote Republican values ORWF members are residents of Butte County. Current membership focus is in the Gridley, Biggs and Oroville CA.

Charted in 1950, Oroville Republican Women Federated (ORWF) belongs to a very powerful organization; the National Federation of Republican Women, “the largest women’s volunteer political organization in the world,” and with the California Federation of Republican Women, that includes Northern, Central, and Southern Divisions. area. We support our community and have been a member of the Oroville

Chamber of Commerce for many years. We are locally represented by a board of directors that currently serve a two- year term. We publish a newsletter which we email (or snail mail) to approximately 50 readers each month. We also have an online presence that includes among other things our monthly news-letter. ORWF has one membership meeting a month, which includes lunch and a featured speaker as well as a spotlight speaker. Topics serve to inform and education the public audience about various political happenings, bills of interest pending and direction of community, state and nation. We have a Membership Drive in February which is a Bunco Party complete with Dessert and lots of prizes. We also have a traditionally successful, Fund Raising Home Tour/Tea in April. Spouses, family, and friends are always welcome to attend our events. We hiatus in June, July and August. We encourage you to check our Events/Calendar section for scheduled meeting and events. All schedules are subject to change but ample notification is given.
