BAM is one of the most active associations for licensed community association managers, BAM has been most instrumental in the development of effective condo managers, even prior to the requirements for them to be licensed. Managers have sought to increase their ability to improve and maintain the property on behalf of the Board of Directors and the owners of the condo association, to enhance and i

In an interactive session, participants will learn the basics of engaging your audience and getting to the point. We will review tips on how to breathe (when you are scared to death), find your volume, pitch and pace, and speak with vocal variety. Then you get to practice!!!
