EightCAP, Inc., a private non-profit corporation, was established as a Community Action Agency in 1966, serving the mid Michigan counties of Gratiot, Ionia, Isabella, and Montcalm. As a community-based agency, EightCAP has extensive program and administrative experience to ensure efficient and effective programs. Collectively, EightCAP collaborates all programs to meet community and individual needs.

EightCAP is grateful to MyMichigan Health for a generous $2,500 grant to support transportation assistance for Isabella County residents who need help getting to medical appointments.

These funds will help provide gas cards, fuel assistance, and public transportation support—helping remove transportation barriers so individuals can access the health care they need.

We appreciate MyMichigan Health’s investment in our community and their partnership in helping our neighbors stay healthy and connected to care.
