Wow! Time really flies by when you’re having fun! Happy 13 Years of Serving Birthday, A Grateful Mind!!
Truth be told, going back down memory lane, flipping through a few behind the scenes photos is always very emotional... Together our teams have experienced triumphs, failures, setbacks and successes…did I mention failures?...to our standards anyway…Whew, but one thing I can say, because of our in what we do to transform lives…WE KEEP GOING with or without the support we hoped to get…we’ve learned from every bump in the road how to make the roads ahead a little more smoother. We've shed many tears for people we don’t personally know, wiped our eyes and served with a smile...
We’ve laughed, prayed and planned together sooo many programs to alter the lives of our neighbors for the better and say it work out for them! Why? because we are intentional with the roadmap we give our program participants... May sound crazy, but we literally love giving “hope for a brighter future” to the individuals and families we serve! It’s a personal fulfillment in life that words can never express. Witnessing humans once lost in transition in a world that is ever changing, emerge from homelessness, hopelessness, poverty and self-destruction is a God given WIN that we never, ever take for granted!
Oh, to imagine the years ahead, with hope, faith, gratitude and God on our side we’ve STILL got so much work to do and hope you’ll ride it out with us.
