OCC Osceola County Florida The FL/PR Region is blessed with almost 500 volunteers that give of their time and effort for the Kingdom of God through Operation Christmas Child!

Kathy McCulloch is the first Regional Area Coordinator in the region of FL/PR. Kathy led the NE FL Area Team as Area Coordinator from 2007-2009 and traveled to Panama on distribution. She was instrumental in recruiting team members. The team now has 40+ team members and is under the leadership of Tom Dedricks, Area Coordinator.

June 6 marked one year since the Sudanese government began attacking its own people in the Nuba Mountains. The situation has become dire as unprecedented numbers of hungry and weary Nuban people arrive in South Sudan on a daily basis. Please pray for these people, that the Lord would sustain and heal them, and for an end to the violence.

A Simple Reason why you should always include your address in the shoe boxes you pack, along with a much treasured photo and handwritten letter. If your box is presented with a personal loving presence it is much more likely to be noticed by a distribution team member who may encourage a return reply and take the time to translate. We are told by distribution teams that recipients value your personal connection more than any item. Praise the Lord for this opportunity to so love !If you have letters to share please post them here or send them to me and I will post them !
