Last week, we learned a lot from Norml Lifetime member and dual Board Certified in Criminal Trial Law by the Florida Bar and National Board of Trial Advocacy - Richard Hornsby! He explained the many reasons people get stopped, Constructed Possession being the #1 defense, and “keeping your mouth closed”! There’s many cases that could’ve had a better outcome if the defendant had invoked his right to plead the 5th.

Please join us this upcoming Tuesday, 2/19/2019 on campus in the Visual Arts Building room 107! We’ll be learning from a board certified criminal defense attorney, Mr. Richard E. Hornsby, P.A. (NORML lifetime member & UCF alumni) as he will be informing us on many topics surrounding the legality of ma*****na in Florida and what the future may hold for this special plant! There will also be a Q&A held after the presentation for any remaining questions!
