SALT Outreach Inc. Our hours are 9am to 4pm on Sunday and 9am to 5pm Monday through Thursday for both outreach services and case management services.

Our mission is to share Christ’s love by serving the unsheltered through comprehensive mobile outreach centers that meet basic needs, catalyze permanent housing solutions, and empower self-sufficiency.

When a teenager came to SALT's Youth & Young Adult Center, she was facing homelessness, limited family support, and the lasting effects of trauma. Despite these challenges, she remained determined to finish high school and build a better future. 🎓

Through case management and ongoing support, our team helped connect her to resources, navigate a housing opportunity, and take steps toward stability. We were honored to celebrate with her as she received her high school diploma and enrolled in college shortly afterward.

Today, she has a safe temporary place to stay while awaiting placement in a housing program and continues moving forward with hope.

Because of your support, young people like her are finding the encouragement, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. Thank you for helping us walk alongside youth and young adults every step of the way. 💙

👋 Hi everyone, it's Eric, CEO & President of SALT Outreach.

I want to personally thank each and every one of you for helping us reach our first major milestone of $50,000 raised for our Summer SALT Fundraiser! 🎉💙

Your generosity, prayers, shares, and support are already making a tremendous difference in the lives of our unhoused neighbors. We are incredibly grateful.

While we're celebrating this achievement, our work is far from over. Over the next three months, we're continuing toward our goal of raising $550,000 to ensure we can keep providing life-changing services to those experiencing homelessness throughout Central Florida.

🌱 Growing More Than a Garden 🌱

Our Youth & Young Adult Center is growing in more ways than one!

A special thank you to Lowe's for helping build the first garden beds and to Richard Haines and the Haines Family Foundation for expanding the space with additional garden beds, patio furniture, and a ping pong table.

Their generosity is helping create a welcoming environment where youth and young adults can learn, connect, grow, and thrive.

We can't wait to watch this garden, and the young people we serve, continue to flourish. 💚🌿
