Florida voters should not be concerned about potential postal delivery changes at this time.

"If there is a change or if there is a legal opinion that changes anything, we will let our voters know," Orange County Supervisor of Elections Karen Castor Dentel said. "We will be letting voters know every way we can if there is anything that would affect their ability to vote."

Florida election officials from both major parties remain confident that mail-in ballots will be collected and counted as planned, even as the national debate over mail-in voting continues.

We’re remembering Dolly Parton and mourning the loss of an American icon.

In 2018, Dolly used her one-of-a-kind voice to celebrate the anniversary of the 19th Amendment, honoring the generations of women who fought for the right to vote.

Thank you, Dolly, for a lifetime of music, generosity and for reminding us of the power of using your voice to lift others up.

Dolly Parton has shared the song "A Woman's Right," from forthcoming Constitution-inspired collection '27: The Most Perfect Album.'

Rather than leaving critical election decisions to a single individual, the canvassing board ensures election integrity and oversight is handled by a group. We thank our canvassing board for their service! 🧡

While the majority of our judges' work happens on the bench, their commitment to public service often goes beyond the courtroom. Last week, Judges Bigney, Duckworth, and Jewett were hard at work serving on the Orange County Supervisor of Elections canvassing board, helping make sure the process remained fair and accurate.

Orange County is conducting a recount today for a primary race for Florida's U.S. House District 11. Florida law requires a machine recount happen automatically when the margin in a race falls at or below 0.5%.

District 11, which covers Sumter, part of Lake and part of Orange counties, is an open seat, since Congressman Dan Webster is retiring in January.
