Chain of Lakes Middle School Orchestra

Hello Orchestra Alumni, If you haven't heard yet our teacher and deer friend Mr. Hale has recently passed away. Current and former students alike are crushed. The Chain of Lakes Chamber Orchestra will be playing a memorial concert as part of the Day of Giving and Remembrance. We will have rehearsal on Thursday, January 26 from 4:30 to 6:00 in the Chain of Lakes Orchestra Room. Dress rehearsal on Saturday, January 28 at 11:00. Then the performance at 12:00. Email current director Mr. Strang at [email protected] for a gig sheet and link to the music. All who had Mr. Hale and played in orchestra are welcome no mater your age. If you're no longer playing feel free to come by to offer your support. Please reach out to your orchestra friends who may have not heard the news and let them know they are welcome to join us.

Hello friends and distinguished alumni. Despite the pandemic the orchestra is going strong and students are learning and building life long friendships.

When it's safe I would like to have a Chain of Lakes Alumni celebration concert. If you are alumni and would like to come back to where it all started to celebrate with music I hope you will join us.

When ever I meet Chain of Lakes Alumni they are doing amazing things. Most have gone on to become highly successful professionals and a few have become professional musicians. If you're an alumnus of the Chain, leave a short message in the messages and let us know what you're doing these days.
