Orinda Chamber of Commerce member, Central San, celebrates its 80th Birthday Bash on Saturday, June 13, 2026!

Join Central San for a once-in-a-decade sewer party! In celebration of 80 years of service, Central San is hosting a free, community-wide Open House on Saturday, June 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at their headquarters and treatment plant in Martinez.

The event will offer fun for all ages, including FREE food and ice cream, behind-the-scenes tours of the wastewater treatment plant, big trucks, hands-on games and activities, educational exhibits, toilet racers (think go-karts, but with toilets), and much more.

Free off-site parking and shuttle service will be provided. Space is limited for the treatment plant tours, so preregistration is encouraged. No registration is needed for the other activities, so just drop in and enjoy!

We’re excited to invite you to an Orinda Chamber of Commerce Happy Hour Social on Friday, June 5th from 5:30 - 7:00 PM at Fourth Bore in Theatre Square!

Come unwind after work, connect with fellow Chamber members, local business owners, and community leaders, and enjoy a casual evening of conversation, networking, and live music in one of Orinda’s favorite gathering spots.
