About Central Utah Water Conservancy District
The purpose of the page is to serve as a mechanism for communication between Central Utah Water Conservancy District (CUWCD) and members of the public. All content created or posted on CUWCD’s page belongs to the organization and may be considered a public record. CUWCD reserves the right to restrict or remove any content that is deemed to be
in violation of CUWCD’s Social Media External Appropriate Use Guidelines or any applicable law. CUWCD social media site articles and comments containing any of the following forms of content will be removed:
a. Comments that contain abusive, vulgar, offensive, threatening, or harassing language, personal attacks of any
kind, or offensive terms that target individuals or groups
b. Comments that are clearly off topic, that promote services or products, or that promote or oppose any political
party, or person campaigning for elected office
c. Comments that are intended to spread misinformation or mislead the public, provide information that may
cause harm to public or CUWCD’s employees, or disclose private or confidential information
d. Comments that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age,
religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental
disability or sexual orientation
e. Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity
h. Comments not topically related to the particular social medium article being commented upon, including
random or unintelligible comments
