Nearly 1,500 Clackamas County residents voted for their favorite parks and nature projects in the first round of Metroโs Nature in Neighborhoods Community Choice Grants program. A final vote next spring will determine which projects receive funding, with $2โ$3 million in grants awarded.
Fifty projects are now moving on to a second round of design workshops in February 2026, where community members will collaborate with park planners and local park staff to help shape these projects.
There are two upcoming workshops being held in the district โ we hope to see you there!
