Groovin’ with Grandparents Bomber Bop 🕺💃

Calling all AOES Pre-K–5th students! We are so excited to host our Groovin’ with Grandparents Bomber Bop in honor of Grandparents Day. Bring your grandparents (or a special grandparent stand-in) for a fun afternoon!

📅 Date: Thursday, September 17th

⏰ Time: 3:45 PM – 5:00 PM (Please note: Event starts at 3:45 PM, not immediately at dismissal)

Admission Details:

🎟️ Students: FREE!

🤝 Adults: A $5 donation per grandparent is greatly appreciated (cash or check made out to AOES). All donations go toward AOES Community Connections to help fund future student events.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents: While parents are welcome to attend since it takes place after school, our primary goal is to make this a wonderful, memorable experience focused on our students and their grandparents!

We can't wait to see everyone there for an incredible afternoon! 🌟

The AOHS Student Council is beginning to plan the Homecoming parade for the 26-27 school year. If your organization or business is interested in being in the parade, please fill out the Google Form below. Parade applications must be submitted by Friday, September 18th. The parade will take place in the village of Argenta on Friday, October 2nd, and will start at 4:30pm at the high school (line up at 4:00pm). A map will be sent out to all participants with where to line up. The route will be the same as in years past.

Boys grades 3rd-6th: after football in October
*Practice dates/times will depend on coach and gym availability*

Attention AOES families: We have received word that our fundraising blankets from Youth Cheer will be delivered later this afternoon to the school. Office staff will send blankets home with students; unless you wish to pick them up in person. Please contact the office to arrange in person pick up.
