New AOES families, we will have new student registration by appointment only on July 30th from 7:30-3:30 pm. Please call the elementary office to schedule your time. We look forward to meeting our new students.

Attention AOES families: We have received word that our fundraising blankets from Youth Cheer will be delivered later this afternoon to the school. Office staff will send blankets home with students; unless you wish to pick them up in person. Please contact the office to arrange in person pick up.

Are you needing a reason to get on your spring cleaning!? Or just getting some clutter out of your house!?

Then please consider donating to the Class of 2028 Post Prom Shoe Drive/Fundraiser!

2028 Post Prom will earn funds based on the total weight of the pairs of gently worn, used and new shoes collected. ANYONE can help by donating gently worn, used and new shoes. And they can be ANY sort of shoe (flip flops, cleats, boots, etc.) See attached flier for a bit more about what is acceptable on the "gently" worn piece.

All donated shoes will then be redistributed throughout the Funds2Orgs network of micro-enterprise and small business partners. Funds2Orgs works with micro-entrepreneurs in helping them create, maintain and grow small businesses in developing countries where economic opportunity and jobs are limited. Proceeds from the sales of the shoes collected in shoe drive fundraisers are used to feed, clothe and house their families.

This is a WIN-WIN-WIN fundraiser!

YOUR shoes get a second life in places where shoes are the primary mode of transportation. This is a HAND-UP, not a HAND-OUT.

And, really one of the best parts of this fundraiser…it does not require ANYONE to spend any money!

So how can you donate you ask? There are several places that are available to drop your shoes. The following have already committed to being drop off locations and I can only imagine more will be added:
